Featured in the Irish Independent – An Bord Pleanála has given the green light for fast-track plans to build 502 apartments on the former Gallaher cigarette factory site in Tallaght, West Dublin.
Premier Inn owner Whitbread has entered into an agreement to lease a 106-bedroom hotel from its development partners Warren Private and the Greenleaf Group at Usher’s Quay in Dublin 8.
Planning permission granted for the construction of a four to six-storey development which would incorporate both office and hotel use at the former Moore’s hotel site on Morrison’s Quay, Cork, as well as the conservation of a number of protected structures to accommodate office buildings.
